Following a structured training program is not just for top level athletes. Everyone interested in reaching their goals or improving their potential can benefit. Whether you are a social or serious athlete, a coach can help you determine your current levels of strength and endurance and based on your assessment results, available time and training needs design a personalised program to maximize your training, monitor progress and motivate you where needed. 


Nutricoach can help you with individualized programs and assessments for endurance sports such as running, swimming, cycling, kayaking, multi sports, strength and explosive sports such as surfing, kite surfing etc. or event specific training.
We are a One stop shop for your training, nutrition and recovery (massage) needs.

This is your first step.

We determine your current level of cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and for those interested  we also calculate your body fat percentage. You will receive a nifty report with your first 4 week training program and also have the option of selecting one of our custom packages which includes indoor power training, massages, core training and nutritional assessments and plans.

Re-Assessment

Re-assessments are necessary to monitor your progress and ensure constant improvements. This is best done after 4- 6 weeks of training.
