Power Train

From social to serious cyclists whether you are a roadie, mountain biker or triathlete; everyone can benefit from dedicated and controlled power and heart rate training on a indoor trainer. Couple that with a computer and the Zwift program and you have some pretty awesome training options!
You never need to miss a training session again due to bad weather!
Book a session on our Wahoo kicker indoor trainer with power cadence and heart rate and follow your own program
OR
book an assessment during which we test your FTP (functional threshold power, max heart rate, cadence and record your recovery rate. We also test your upper body and core strength and measure your body fat %. We then design an individualized training program according to your needs and times available, which can include as many sessions on the indoor trainer as you need.

Assessment 

This is your first step.
We determine your current level of FTP, EOBL, cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength and for those interested we even calculate your body fat percentage. You will receive a nifty report with the option of adding your first 4 week training program for only R100. You also have the option of including indoor power training session.

Re-Assessment

Re-assessments are necessary to monitor your progress and ensure constant improvements. This is best done after 6-8 weeks of training.

Packages

Once you have done you assessment you can decide if you need a program and if you would like to include any amount of training session on the indoor power trainer with Zwift training interface. 

Indoor sessions (60min) R50 per session. 

Monthly follow up programs
